The RightSPINE Chiropractic Neurology Team

Stacie

I am fortunate enough to have a great staff. Patients are constantly reminding me how lucky I am to have such an enthusiastic and helpful group of people working for me. Joely, Kristine and Dave in the Swampscott office are there to answer your questions, field your phone calls or help you with billing issues. In Peabody, we have a very large staff but the person you would most likely come in contact with is our receptionist Stacie.

Joely is our office manager. She wears a variety of hats depending on the day. You may see her booking appointments at one minute or fixing a computer problem the next. She is the point person for all insurance questions and does insurance verification for new patients. Joely has worked in the medical, and dental fields before coming to RightSPINE at the beginning of 2010 and has a solid health care background.

Arlene and Janice handle the Swampscott reception desk and as such they control my schedule. Stacie handles the Peabody schedule. They all work hard to make sure that your appointments are booked correctly and that you have adequate time for your particular needs. Unlike many other offices, we take our time with you. Visits can range from 15 minutes to an hour or two depending on what procedure is being performed.

Jamie and Joely

Appointments for manipulation under anesthesia are handled at the surgi-center in Peabody and are booked separately. Jamie also helps as my back office assistant and has been doing this at the Swampscott office for a few years now.

Joely and Melissa do our third party billing. They handle all the difficult issues associated with health insurance. They will handle claims problems, and spend the majority of their day on the phone with insurance carriers so that I can focus on taking care of you. These women have been doing 3rd party billing for several years and are very knowledgeable in the field of chiropractic insurance billing.

Dr. Mark Asks some important questions of interest to Swampscott residents - Chiropractor Swampscott Dr. Mark Asks...

Can those with osteoporosis get chiropractic care?
Of course. When developing a care plan, we consider the unique circumstances of each patient. There are many ways we can adjust the spine. The chiropractic method we select will be best suited to your age, size and unique situation.
What can a chiropractor do for asthma?
Many people think of chiropractic as exclusively dealing with the spine. But I'm interested in the spine because it covers the nervous system. Problems in the spine can produce problems in the organs and tissues controlled by the affected nerves—including those to the lungs and bronchial tubes. Find out how chiropractic care has helped those with asthma.
